Brush the inside and out with olive oil, focusing mostly on the outside. I hope this helps.

These are the best stuffed mushrooms I’ve ever made, and I’ve been cooking for 50 years! I made them exactly as written and wouldn’t change a thing.
My husband loved them, and he’s a very picky eater…declared them a must make again recipe

I haven’t tried it, but I think it would work well. Top with the panko right before baking. I hope you enjoy them.
