We haven&#039;t in the past, but I&#039;ve read you can reuse the marinade to make another batch of marinated eggs, or use it as a sauce for stir-fries, braised tofu, or other dishes that call for a soy sauce-based flavor, but it&#039;s best to use it within a week or two.
